They came out first to discuss the job, give recommendations and ultimately a quote. Upon accepting the quote, a time was scheduled in the near future for them to come complete the job. In both instances, they arrived within the time frame given and gave ETAs along the way. I appreciate that they listened to what I wanted and married that with the requirements of the HOA. Arkadia trees did a great job. They removed 3 large trees from our property, as well as trimmed three more. They were professional and easy to communicate with. There was one misunderstanding with leveling the dirt mound left behind by a massive tree we had in our front yard, but they were quick to respond to schedule/fix the issue. Very reasonable pricing. I have recommended them to all my neighbors, and will hire them again for our next tree trimming.

I highly recommend the services of Arkadia Tree Services. They were so quick with the trimming and shaping of my avocado and lemon tree. They looked so beautiful afterwards and you can tell there was so much more flow to the trees to help grow more fruit for the next season. They also left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I recently had Arkadia Tree Services come to our home to check the health of our palm trees and trim them.
